Pay scale difference for the same level ranges in the ratio of 1:4. - Losing fast many talented and experienced employees. - Recently recruited Graduate Engineer Trainees, left untrained and non-billed. - Bad management policies showing signs of collapse, leaving the company with no funds to pay bonuses, appraisals and travel reimbursments.
