Many of the people working there are good. The office is conveniently located near transit. The products they make are decent.

Minpunten

The CEO is like a stick of dynamite with a short fuse. Irrational business decisions, random terminations of employees, micromanaging the most petty aspects. This company used to be great but now it is falling apart.

Pluspunten

You get a lot of experience with very diverse systems, and the opportunity to branch out and do many things in the organization if you want to. It has many of the benefits of a large company, like multiple people per project team and discrete business units with defined responsibilities, but much of the technical flexibility of a small one. Individuals are encouraged to drive organizational change. This company actually respects a 40-hour work week.

Minpunten

This isn't the best paying job in the city, and management isn't always the most friendly to people with nontraditional appearance or identity. It's still a great place anyway.
