Where to start... It is incredibily delivery led and for the wrong reasons. No strategy in place. People are scared of the MD who just tells her staff to deliver products no matter what even if the product is not fit to be delivered! All the old and slow ways of centrica and British gas are starting to slow down the business. No one is empowered to make decisions.
