Pluspunten
Ownership and drive are a real priority at Hive which I love. You get real responsibilities pretty quickly and you learn at a faster pace than in any other company IMO. The vibe in the teams are really nice, everyone is talented, driven, and solution-oriented. Beautiful office, snacks and drinks always available. Also love the open-dog policy, we have the cutest dogs here. Leadership knows what they're doing, I like the transparency from our company-wide meetings on Thursday, always keeping us up to date with investors/ business update etc... We often have events, drinks on Fridays which is nice. I can go talk to anyone in the company which I find so refreshing. Flexible working hours but in general we work longer than a 9-5, however there is a lot of trust put into each other. There is always support that can be found through teammates if you feel ill etc... So far it's one of my favorite professional experiences, I've learned so much during my time here. I feel heard whenever I raise something and I like the fast-paced environment. I also like the professional development opportunities through our internal learning program.

Managers sometimes don't have enough experience which may create teams that lack the drive and leadership they need to thrive and stay motivated. I also feel that our efforts can be under-appreciated at times. Sometimes lack of transparency from leadership on certain topics.
