Seems the worst of both companies has been combined to create a new culture - Flat organization with little room for growth - Management often clueless - Promoting unqualified employees. Managers/Team Leads who are not fit to lead teams are often in place - Nepotism - "Industry Standard Wages" which have no performance incentives for people beneath management - Lack of work life balance - Poor processes and often incorrect people in place to improve them - Living in the stone age in terms of technology. Company as a whole is extremely slow to adopt new tech - No career progression planning. Just the yearly administrative drivel in the form of objectives and "personal development"
