Low pay frequent over time Had to work on days i was supposed to be on leave (had to be paid to reimburse my extra days of work - when what i wanted was time to rest and recuperate!) Most colleagues are unprofessional and do not have the skills to service guests. Some are not even passionate at all Due to it being a franchise, the resort i was at, the owners only kept reaping the profits and did not want to pay for maintenance and staff benefits. Resulted in numerous complaints by guests which made work even harder. Falsely closed the executive facilities and lying to guests that it is under 'renovation' Intentionally switch off main cooling system at night to save cost and resulting in more guest complains. Had to say that there was a fault with the central aircondition

The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

Minpunten

The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
