Quite a few people contribute to SEAONC or other professional committees. Also has frequent social office events. Has a positive and friendly group of employees.

Minpunten

Does not have a internal technical development strategy. Does not provide technical learning seminars for younger engineers, does not have an adequate structural detail library, calculation templates are lacking and incomplete.
