Pluspunten
Hologic is the best company I've worked for the longest. I hope to continue doing this until I retire. Also, being lucky enough to have the best managers I could wish for, not just once but over and over again, is typical of Hologic. Them and the opportunities offered by the company have enabled me to develop and contribute professionally and personally. Due to the desired cooperation between the management and the works council, of which I have been a member for several years, I can contribute to the satisfaction of my colleagues and fairness within the company. It also makes me proud to be able to represent such a good product as the Novasure. It contributes significantly to reducing the suffering of women in a common clinical picture: "menorrhagia". Sometimes I wish that the individual internal specialist departments communicated more with each other. Hopefully this will improve by using Sales Force = H1 and merging the branches into one location: "Berlin". The future changes in the healthcare market, such as more outpatient surgeries and digitalization, remain a challenge for me and Hologic. If not HLx, then who should be able to master this challenge. Count me in.
