The culture is terrible- “senior” managers who have no integrity, communication skills or standards. They wouldn’t know quality if it hit them in the head but it’s not something that is important to SLT. They expect too much of the production technicians and don’t celebrate the improvements they desperately try to make. Engineering manager plays the figures and takes the credit for things that he and his team had nothing to do with. If you can get them to stop watching TikTok in the office (or the F1) or selling off the company assets and defrauding the company without anyone realising.
