Management are shambolic. The SEO's are abysmal, They preside over a culture of stress and intense micro management, and then send AI written "wellbeing" emails at the end of the week which feels like a slap in the face. Asylum is known for having the highest turn over in the Home Office as its intensely stressful, management are out of touch, promotions are offered on a cost cutting basis rather than who is the best fit.
