The people are great. Everyone was extremely helpful when I first started and was asking hundreds of questions. Would you rather be the type of person that gets in at 6 and leaves at 3? Go for it. There's a three-day prototype period every couple of weeks that allows you the freedom to work on any pet projects you've been bouncing around in your head. There's a kegerator with two taps that always has good beer. It's the place to post up at the end of the week.

Like in pretty much all companies that get to HomeFinder's size there tend to be silos. The kegerator in the kitchen helps break those down but some still remain. Sometimes you can get bogged down with unnecessary meetings but that's pretty much all companies.
