Lack of management, lack of training, lack of accountability for these points. Lack of communication. Work from home is not an option any longer and is gate kept from most of the business. Frequent meetings for show about issues employees are facing but now actual responses or solutions put in place. You won't only be doing your job role, management use specialised job roles for colleagues as an excuse to slack/not do their job. No opportunity to progress as the company is deemed 'too busy' any opportunities presented is based on a popularity contest rather than competency.

Too many responsibilities for the pay No respect if you are not a manager You raise issues to upper management but nothing is resolved They only hire temporary staff to deal with understaffing, everything goes sour once they leave again though.
