This company allows employees to think outside the box. Their core ideology sets them apart from most other companies; especially their passion to leave every customer, every time with the feeling that they care about them and have their best interests at heart.

Minpunten

The one downside I can think of is that they aren't yet marketing in all fifty states. This will be remedied as they grow, however.

A lot of the staff was very friendly, fun, patient, and open. The clients I met & worked with were also amazing. I was able to develop patience to an extent that I was unaware I could, I was supported through training for the house I was placed in. I enjoyed my job on a day to day basis most of the time.

Minpunten

Some of the staff were mean & unsupportive in the work environment, but because they were friendly with management, they could get away with almost anything- including sleeping through their (NON-SLEEPING) shifts. I wasn't notified in time to enroll for my benefits & as such never got them despite working full-time there for over a year.
