While the timing of your departure may raise questions, Cox Automotive maintains a strict “No Retaliation” policy that it monitors very closely.
This past year, leadership had to make tough decisions that would impact the future of the company. As Cox Automotive and its respective brands look to achieve its vision of transforming the way the world buys, sells and owns vehicles, we needed to execute initiatives to make us more efficient and effective. Unfortunately, this meant eliminating roles that were once vital to the growth of the company due to inefficiencies or duplicative work they presented.
