Lets start from the beginning. The onboarding and lack of training for new staff is disappointing. The office is extremely disorganized and there is a high turnover of staff. The time you are given to do services is incredibly limited compared to industry standards, yet those same services are priced high, which makes sales difficult. Drive times are rarely taken into consideration and because of that lunch breaks are almost unattainable. You will service more units in a day than any other pest control company in the country. Company procedures tell technicians to skip vital steps needed to remove and treat pests resulting in repeat services blamed on the technician. Procedures are constantly changing which makes it hard to remember everything. The company uses cheaper tools and methods to save money at the expense of their customers. The new owner eliminated regular commissions and replaced them with a quarterly bonus which can, and will be reduced or eliminated whenever they deem so. There were times I felt unsafe at work, reported the issue, and waited months for a resolution.
