This is a company that really really cares about it's employees, exceptional benefits when it comes to PTO, employee outings, and office perks. A growing company with lots of accessible opportunities for those with the inertia to take them on.

Minpunten

Typical Small Company Gripes - a lot is constantly needing to be ironed out which can be grating at times. That entrepreneurial vibe also means you have to dedicate a lot of time to things outside of your job description, sometimes that's hiring, other times that can be replacing the water filters. This kind of style isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Management cares about their staff, and has a family-like atmosphere. Free organic produce delivered weekly, and bi-weekly grocery delivery (you get to order whatever food, drinks, etc. you want--seriously!) Divvy membership reimbursement. Thursday "TED talks" given by staff, with free lunch. Fun environment, with smart hard-working people. The company is very open to investing in your training and helping you learn skills to help you in your role.

West loop location with more difficult parking.
