      Pluspunten

      Nice atmosphere, nice team, no rush, some sort of flexibility in your schedule. If you wanna just to loot — this is the best place you'd find around. Calm harbor.

      Minpunten

      Full of bureaucracy and rudimental redundancy. If you're looking for a growth — avoid it with a thousand yards. Some of the mates are literally have no clue on what they're doing, sittin' there from X AM to X PM for a paycheck.

      - Software is fantastic and addresses the needs of retailers in the verticals HomeSource plays, better than any of the current competitors. - Product Management and R&D teams have a great process for delivering releases every 3 weeks with detailed notes on every release. - Flexible Work Schedule with two days in the office for employees near the Marlton, NJ office. - Lots of perks like free drinks and snacks in the office, free lunch in the office monthly to celebrate employee birthdays, free ice cream for the Mister Softee truck during the summer months, season tickets to the Flyers and Sixers games with raffles each month for employees to win tickets and parking. - Quarterly Happy Hours - The company is trying to do all the right things to make it the best place to work in the Philly area.

      - Processes are still immature in some areas, but are being worked out (eg, time tracking on projects)
