Great benefits: unlimited PTO and health rates are amazing.

Minpunten

Lack of team cohesion and bonding. Vertical leadership is great but leading your team and understanding them and wanting to know more about them and how they work best makes a huge difference. It’s hard to find answers you need from People Ops. Their systems are antiquated and they will have you waiting for days for the simplest of things. No real opportunities for growth. No learning and development either. Sink or swim!

Minpunten

Senior leaders could not care less about employees and routinely make bad market decisions leading to foreseeable product issues and eventual layoff cycles. There was a time a few years back where employees criticized the dark patterns in the app - the president got pissed and said 'the data didn't show it was an issue', then a few months later when we got bad press about those patterns dismissed it as our competitors planting stories - sums up the culture pretty clearly.
