So many, but let’s begin with the basics: 1. They do not care about customers, instead, the culture of this company is finding new ways to scam their customers by launching “Fintech products” which are hard to understand and nearly impossible to benefit from… 2. If they do not care about customers is even worse for employees I left this company because I was ashamed of their product and how they do business but also because as an employee the disrespect is present in so many ways. No company structure whatsoever, one day they try to follow Amazon’s STO model and the next day is something else, no PMO model, no direction and everything is improvised. Completely careless about their talent, and discrimination is blatant. Layoffs used to be a surprise but now they are part of their business model. They are only willing to do the right things if money is in between, for example for capital one customers they can do wonders as the company is being observed but if they have no eyes on them, management will skip processes and do shady stuff. CEO and upper management are terrible, and they will lose amazing talent. If you are considering this company think twice…

Senior leaders could not care less about employees and routinely make bad market decisions leading to foreseeable product issues and eventual layoff cycles. There was a time a few years back where employees criticized the dark patterns in the app - the president got pissed and said 'the data didn't show it was an issue', then a few months later when we got bad press about those patterns dismissed it as our competitors planting stories - sums up the culture pretty clearly.
