The culture is wonderful and I feel like I am heard as feedback is actioned on. People are warm and welcoming. CEO is inspiring and visionary. He is very connected to people at the company. Flexible work is great.

Minpunten

No real cons. The workload can be a bit much at times, but it is all worthwhile work.

Too busy with very little time for reflection or just reading as it is always on the go (not always bad, however, it has become 24/7 this way which is too much)
