It's really sad how HostDime treats it's support techs employees. I have been struggling to take care of my family and still work full time -OVERNIGHT- just so I can get by with the deplorable pay. No care from management whats-so-ever. They will nickle and dime you in anyway they can and blame it on HR. They will shave any time off your pay that is past 40 hours. So if you get stuck on a live chat at the end of your shift you won't get paid for it. Three plus years of loyalty and hard work was rewarded with wrongful termination (and this is not the first time they have done this to an employee). I did not have a manager or supervisor speak to me at any point in recent months regarding my performance good or otherwise. Management is very poor at providing any kind of feed back to staff, so I didn't think anything was abnormal. In fact my last review a little over a month ago said that I was doing great. Only to be fired without warning or in my opinion a valid reason. Once again HostDime shows that it has yet to recover from the growing pains of being a mid-size yet young company, and all the laughable managerial behavior that comes from it. I mean, I know that I should have got out sooner... So, I guess I only have myself to blame for that. Favoritism galore and no care or concern for employees.
