There are times when there is no room to breathe between calls. Not enough time to learn and actually absorb learning material. Managers play favoritism. Some managers are pushy with sales which causes customers to call back either not knowing what they're doing or complaining about being not given enough information about what they bought. Most people stay around a year. Hours are horrendous -- 24/7.
