Minpunten
The company is run by a husband-and-wife team whose leadership style is more about control than collaboration. They tend to build walls, not bridges, and operate with an air of superiority, often giving the impression they believe they’re smarter than everyone else which creates a rather uncomfortable dynamic across the business.
Communication is inconsistent, either you're bogged down with endless, often pointless and directionless meetings, or you're left completely in the dark. There’s little trust or autonomy, yet expectations remain oddly high. Roles aren't clearly defined, which makes it difficult to know where you stand or how to succeed unless you’re already part of the inner circle.
They tend to hire very young people with minimal experience, seemingly because they’re easier to mould. Unfortunately, recruitment decisions are often rushed or misjudged, and when things inevitably don’t pan out, blame is shifted to the employee, especially if that person has tried to bring in a more professional, structured approach.
All in all, it’s a strange place to work, with an undercurrent of distrust and a lack of proper direction. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive or well-run environment.
