There are opportunities to get exposure to small and large scale projects from different industries and brands. My team's dynamic was great and we worked well together. Interesting events and team bonding activities. Monthly wellness fund allows you to expense feel-good activities of your own choice. I've also had some great/kind/thoughtful interactions with HR, they are working hard. :)

Automation efforts are ending up causing more trouble and making things more complicated... Not to mention their tools are inefficient and time-consuming as they are. They are constantly updating company policies, introducing new rules,.. it's exhausting and hard to focus on your job. Employee experience fully depends on the team, could be good or terrible. There are some great project managers in the company but few are competent people managers, which contributes negatively to employee well-being. Tons of burnout, late nights and expectation to contribute overtime with no pay. It's kind of ridiculous.
