The work hours are relentless, with weekends being the norm rather than the exception. The high turnover rate speaks for itself—people leave as soon as they can. Management fosters a cutthroat environment where trust is nonexistent, and backstabbing is common. If you value work-life balance and professional integrity, this is not the place for you.
