I would not be a patient here. - Management follow through in the administrative and clinical areas is lacking. - Very little accountability for management. They answer to no one; senior management is too busy to deal with smaller issues. - There is no room to move on the administrative side, unless you move to a different department, which may not be the area you wish to work in.
