There has been uncertainty in recent years

Great learning environment. Great training. Amazing people. Benefits started on day one. Fully remote. I will say i came down with COVID-19 and had continued health issues that kept me from working for 4 months. They worked with me and I came back to be successful in the role. Base pay is barely above minimum wage here in Washington. Most of the people were working two jobs. Leads are not warm or cool. They are many times incomplete and ice cold. They also make you stay an SDR for a year minimum and changed the rules on the requirements to be promoted to AE on training classes the were a month away from their 12th month. To many mini meetings everyday. 3 per day is waaaay to much. While it breaks up the day it also messes with your call flow.
