I'm afraid I would have to disagree with your statement that there is no option to grow within the company as A-Plan has a very active internal promotions policy and all roles are advertised internally on a weekly basis Over the last 6 months this has included roles in Risk, Marketing, Finance, HR, Data Analysis, Business Development, Insurer Relations and IT as well as our Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and specialist consultant roles across both our Commercial and Personal Lines network. We have also recently launched two new Apprenticeship programmes aimed at developing internal talent. All roles are advertised weekly in the People Newsletter and on the Intranet - please do ensure you are engaging in these channels as it sounds as though you have missed a number of opportunities to date.
