Good overall package in terms of holidays, sick pay and additional cost of living support (it happened maybe twice for the year). Christmas parties were great plus yearly Christmas hampers.

Little to no progression if you want to stay as a Designer, KPIs so expected to have a high turnover on projects, like 1-5 days for a project of 50 kitchen types. It not a job everyone gets even with the additional support.
