Big company, good products, some good staff

Minpunten

Lack of diversity. Very much if your face fits company. Pressure to sell is very high which leads to bd practices in depots. Some managers get away with this while others get penalised. Very much a face fits and who u know type of business

Great to work with, training provided with additional support from the other hubs outside London. Learnt a lot and helped in my career as a Contract Kitchen Designer. Pay increases every year. Good overall package in terms of holidays, sick pay and additional cost of living support (it happened maybe twice for the year). Christmas parties were great plus yearly Christmas hampers.

Minpunten

Little to no progression if you want to stay as a Designer, KPIs so expected to have a high turnover on projects, like 1-5 days for a project of 50 kitchen types. It not a job everyone gets even with the additional support.
