Toxic culture all the way to the top. Misogyny is rife and directors have little to no respect for employees, opting to cut hours and bully those who don’t fit their brand ideals.

Before service charge was taken away tips and wages were okay.
Team are generally nice, but a few bad eggs.

No support from management
The removal of service charge was an awful idea that really affected morale, like another comment states it cut tips in half.
Poor communication on every level.
A previous comment said management was creepy, unsure if this comment has been removed? But it is correct.
