What was once a place built on dedication and hard work has been overshadowed by poor management, a lack of true leadership, minimal appreciation for employees, and at times, deceptive practices. Hub Group’s approach seems less about investing in people and more about extracting what they need from acquired companies, leaving loyal employees to feel undervalued until they ultimately choose to walk away.
