Gumption here isn't an inconvenience and innovation is heavily encouraged. Adaptation is necessary for longevity and will inspire growth professionally and personally. By far the most impactful organization I have ever had the opportunity to work for.

-PTO is difficult to take without getting behind. -PTO does not increase w/ years there and must be used for sick/bereavement/personal as well. - The environment may be hard for an introvert to adapt to.
