The pay was alright and the work was manageable.

The managers went out of their way to make employees feel uncomfortable and less than other employees. One manager is incredibly sexist and tells female employees what he thinks they’d look good dressed in. Plus plays favorites with assigning shifts. HR out to protect managers and throws out reports made against managers.
