Minpunten
Upper management is a train wreck. No one in the market will go to work there; they must hire from outside of the Seattle market because their philosophy is well known to other sales managers, AEs and ad agencies alike. The crux of the problem comes with account stripping. They take their top AEs if they are billing too much (Usually over 1 million per year) and they will strip your top agencies and hire new salespeople. Consequently they have lost each top seller, one after the other over the years. The agencies hate it as they have grown to trust certain AEs and revenue drops every time there is a change. The other BIG problem they have is their DOS; This person has been there for years and no one in the industry knows why. She likes to wield power for power's sake and has run many good sales people and local sales managers out of the industry by her ineptness and downright cruelty. If she makes a mistake she will sacrifice others to save her own skin and she takes credit for other's work on a regular basis. Her MO is humiliation, intimidation and punishment. As a manger she will threaten your job on a regular basis. Very toxic environment for the local sales managers and the sellers.
