Pluspunten
People are diverse and great to work with. Bristol plant has lots of diverse cultures and people working there which is great. They also employ Lean Manufacturing in their operation and focus on training of people to help make the operation perform better. Pay is OK for salaried people. hourly staff are all union.
Minpunten
Union Shop sometimes makes it difficult to affect change and/or discipline under-performers. Management situation is a bit unsettled and there doesn't look to be any improvement any time soon. There's also a "cut and slash" mentality with personnel on the plant level to make Corporate happy and boost earnings.
