-They took away one of our holidays. -They don't let us work from home at all, not even once a week like they used to. -Charlie Ergen -They took away our cell phone compensation because they bought the company Boost Mobile and they allow us to use the service at a discounted rate. But that means they effectively decreased my salary by $1000 a year. -They are installing new sensors to keep track of when employees leave the office because time spent in the office matters more than the quality of work completed. -They underpay their employees. The last employee that left our team got a 40% raise at his new job. -They take advantage of people with h1b visas because a ton of people working here are on that visa and they know that they can make bad policies and those people won't be able to leave. -Charlie just merged Hughes Network Systems with Dish Network cause he owns both companies, but Dish has billions of dollars of debt and he's hurting Hughes by taking all their money. -Echostar, the company that owns both Hughes and Dish, might go bankrupt soon because of all the debt they have which Charlie decided to take on in the past.
