Good pay, stocked lunchroom, and free weekly meals.

Minpunten

Poor training, favoritism in management, constant turnover, and a toxic, gossip-filled environment. High stress due to lack of support, unrealistic expectations, and being held responsible for issues caused by the company, not you. Overall: Perks can’t make up for the bad management and draining culture.
