Remote work is the norm not the exception.
Minpunten
Middle-management heavy and way too many "leaders." Too many unqualified "leaders" and Humana ignores that. Humana loves to preach how "supportive" they are of their Associates and that Associates are important... blah... blah... blah. Humana gives the appearance of that rhetoric but they do not put their money where their mouth is. They are NOT supportive of associates with disabilities / special needs. Humana is nothing more than a sweatshop. They reorganize all the time and layoffs happen multiple times a year. The general public / media do not hear about such layoffs because Associates are threatened with "disciplinary action" if they discuss it. Associates are not supported in situations of ill-treatment etc. Humana has zero intrerest in such things. They MIGHT slap a bandaid on it but they are not known for addressing such issues professionally. If the situation persists, they target the Associates who complain / report a problem.
