They play favorites and decide who gets the best calls. This company works around Eastern Standard Time (EST), if you live in the West your meetings will be 3 hours earlier than business hours on the West Coast. The Human Resources dept does not care about you. They will take your report, and send it right over to your manager then it will be squashed by them going nowhere. This company takes DEI to another level, if you are a minority you might get somewhere.
