Decent benefits, pretty good pay, on paper the job seems great. But those are literally the Only benefits at least in my position.
Minpunten
Terrible management. They will treat you like a toddler and highly discourage new ideas, you must do things there way or else. The basic management philosophy is perform or your fired.. And they remind of that daily. No opportunity for advancement and despite the fact that you are given a solid amount Of vacation time, it is nearly impossible to use any. If they do allow you to take a day off mgmt makes you feel like they are doing you the biggest favor.
