3 weeks PTO and that’s literally the only pro.

Minpunten

There is absolutely no room for growth here and you will be earning significantly less than new hires for the same role. Leadership will tell you that they support internal growth but only hire externally and pass over internal candidates. Don’t expect to get more than a 2% raise year-over-year, either. It’s insulting.
