They pretend to care, but use your personal situations and vulnerabilities against you. Retaliation culture. I gave honest negative feedback in a survey and was terminated shortly after, without notice. Unrealistic workload. Expectation to work 7 days a week during AEP, from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m., just to have a chance at meeting goals. Forget seeing your family from October–December. Micromanagement and favoritism. Some employees are favored regardless of performance, while others are targeted and pushed out. Constant changes. Schedules change every 3 months, making it difficult to balance family life. Limited mobility. Difficult to move between departments, even for qualified associates.
