Minpunten

Insecure, immature and selfish leadership who don’t have a clue what they are doing. Buyer beware as they will paint you the world to get you to join the company. When HR is struggling to place people it says a lot about this company. There are better companies out there and no one needs to be that desperate to join as they have a continues 6 month revolving door over the last 2-3 years.

Pluspunten

- Convenient location in North Sydney with easy access to transport and amenities. Plenty of snacks and drinks available in the office too - Friendly and supportive colleagues. You'll always find someone to sit down and eat lunch with or have a good chat with - While the business is growing, they're still small enough that you can get to know everyone in the organisation (with some effort) - Business has a positive outlook and while career growth is not always possible, you are exposed to a lot of leaders with experience and guidance for those who ask for it - The business is quite transparent with overall strategy and does their best to keep employees in the loop. All hands meetings are typically quite insightful

Minpunten

- Workloads can be heavy, with many employees operating at or near full capacity - Internal processes and systems are still evolving, particularly following recent acquisitions. There are still some growing pains as the business continues to consolidate and streamline operations. - Onboarding can be tough - new starters need to be proactive in their learning and seeking assistance. Coming into the office regularly and making an effort to get to know everyone will go a long way to your success.
