Constant reshuffling and layoffs - werkgeversreview Manager bij Humentum

Thank you for your review. We recognize that Humentum has been going through a period of deliberate change to set us up for success in delivering our ambitious 2021-24 strategy that includes becoming a consistently surplus-producing organization as one of its key goals; this reflects the first restructuring since our CEO joined in 2019. We eliminated duplicative roles and created ten new positions. The restructure process was delivered as promised with the finalized org chart distributed at our in-person retreat held in late June 2022. We are confident that the changes we have been making are in the best interest of the organization and look forward to transparently sharing our continuing successes with our staff, our Board, and our stakeholders.
