Toxic work culture. Management does not respect employees. No support even during serious family emergencies (my brother’s second open-heart surgery, and I was the only one supporting my single mother, still no flexibility given). Forced to work 15+ hours a day and weekends without incentives. Oral and shifting requirements with no timeline extensions. Blame for delays even when not your fault. Relieving letter and experience certificate denied, causing a career gap. Outdated technologies and no standard IT practices.
