Pluspunten

The non-management employees are nice and great to work with. Pay is mediocre - there are much better options in the Cincinnati area.

Minpunten

The owner/CEO is incredibly tight with the buck and only looks at short-term profits. Complete smoke and mirrors where they are trying to seem like a large corporation to the customers --- when there are actually only a handful of people working here. Very understaffed and can never get products to the customer on time.

The employees are nice. They have equipment from 3 different label equipment companies and still maintain some of the distribution channels..

Minpunten

There is a lack of engineering and poor documentation. They are trying to be both a custom equipment supplier and a manufacturer of label dispensers. Management is totally focused on cutting costs and short term profits.
