      Ongoing staff shortages make it difficult for employees to take sick leave when unwell, with staff sometimes being contacted to work on scheduled days off; additionally, compensation is low and there are concerns about unprofessional behavior, including managers discussing staff matters inappropriately.

      I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

      For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.
