I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.

Salary is not competitive and growth is limited in the local markets.
