1. This company has the most toxic work environment that I've seen in my career. 2. Absolutely zero regards for work life balance or personal life. 3. Senior management people are bullies, they will find a way to blame the junior for all the problems. 4. You will have to work late on all festivals because that's the work culture. I have worked till 2 AM on Diwali, Christmas, Dusshera or any holiday. If there is a holiday, be ready to work overnight. 5. Does not matter who you are talking to or what's your KRA, you will be asked to do things out of your KRA and you'll be blamed for everything that you do or don't do. 6. You will be abused in meetings and be the target infront of the top management because it is easy to point and thrash a junior resource. 7. Does not matter what's the timeline of the project, you will be asked to finish everything all of a sudden and will be made to work overnight, even if you have sufficient time for submission. 8. Lastly, if you're a junior resource, be ready to be blamed for everything, even things that you won't be aware of. Instead of solving problems, people here focus all their energy on blaming the junior resource and presenting the same to the top management. As a result, the juniors will have to face everything and people will act like it's your mistake. Even though you may have done everything from your end. I would give negative stars if that was applicable.
